Rebecca Levesque has been with the company since its initial start over 30 years ago. She was instrumental in growing 21CS from a small start-up to a respected and well-known global organization. Rebecca is a sought after and proven “Go To Expert” and IBM Champion with market knowledge in the areas of mainframe risk, resiliency, and optimization. She has traveled the world as an expert speaker on the trends and drivers of mainframe legacy environments, and is a published author in trade journals, white papers, and industry forums.

Currently as Chief of Sales, she uses her expertise to maximize the relationships with customers and partners, and tie business value to technical solutions in order to grow 21CS and enhance the IBM Z ecosystem. 

Part of Al Hanna’s responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer are to engage with counsel to execute agreements, develop procurement relationships, and manage partner programs. Additionally, Al coordinates budget projections, review & analysis of royalty receipts, designs / implements incentive compensation, and participates in deal analysis.

As COO, Al also has functional responsibility for the Technical Sales, Implementation, Migration, and L2 Support teams. Al brings over three decades of experience in customer success / advocacy, client relationships, personnel and project management, sales engineering, and business development.

In his role as 21CS Chief Business Officer, Eddy uses his background in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cyber resiliency, and hybrid cloud to define and implement 21CS corporate strategy and foster trusted partnerships with clients and the z/OS ecosystem. Eduardo. Eddy is passionate about sharing his expertise and he has written multiple thought leadership articles on cloud, mainframe modernization and cyber resiliency as well as co-authored a number of IBM Redbooks.
