Eduardo J. Ciliendo Appointed New CEO of 21CS - 21cs

[Boston, MA] – September 5, 2024 – 21CS is pleased to announce the appointment of Eddy Ciliendo as the new Chief Executive Officer of 21CS, effective September 1, 2024. Eddy succeeds Nick Pachnos, who after leading the company through a period of significant growth and transformation will continue with the organization as an advisory board member.Eddy Ciliendo, who previously served as VP of Strategy at 21CS, brings his extensive management background, rich understanding of the mainframe industry, and passion for mainframe modernization to 21CS and his new role. Prior to joining 21CS in 2023, Eddy held many strategic positions including Chief Technical Advisor in the banking sector at IBM, Director and Head of the Mainframe Department at Swiss Re, Business Unit Executive for IBM Z in Asia Pacific, Director of IBM WW Sales, and Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at a successful mainframe cloud start-up. With his experience and drive for innovation, Eddy is well-positioned to take the company’s vision to the next level and build on the strong foundation laid by Nick.
